Welcome to Ego Friendly (egofriendly.store). By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Ego Friendly is an online store operated by an individual seller. We sell physical goods — garment-dyed tees, matte prints and vinyl stickers — and one digital product, the Integration Workbook. You can reach us at hello@egofriendly.store.

2. How our products are made

Physical items are printed on demand. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Each order is produced by our print partner after you place it, then shipped directly to you. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.

The Integration Workbook is a digital download delivered electronically after purchase. No physical item is shipped.

3. Orders and cancellations

Because physical items are made for you after you order, production usually begins within a day. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately at hello@egofriendly.store. We will do what we can, but once production has started an order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Please check your shipping address before you pay. An order sent to an address you entered incorrectly is not covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

4. Use of content

When you buy the Integration Workbook you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own individual purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the files, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

All content — the writing, the designs, the artwork and the site itself — is owned by Ego Friendly and protected by copyright. Buying a shirt does not transfer any right to the design printed on it.

Prints made in The Eggo Press carry a line you wrote yourself. You keep the right to use that line; the Eggo artwork, the typography and the layout remain ours, and a printed copy is for your own personal use rather than for resale.

5. Not professional advice

Our products are tools for self-reflection. They are not therapy, medical advice, psychological treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in a mental health crisis or need clinical support, please consult a licensed professional.

6. Purchase information

When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping any account you create confidential, and for activity under it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ego Friendly is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
