Shipping policy
Printed when you order
Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Your order is produced after you place it, by whichever of our print partner's facilities is nearest you, and shipped directly from there. That means it takes a little longer than something pulled off a shelf, and it means nothing is made that nobody wanted.
Production time
2–5 business days, before shipping. Over 97% of orders leave production within 5 business days, and more than half within 3. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

So, all in: most US orders arrive within 5–9 business days. International standard orders typically land between 7 and 25 business days. The wide international range is real — customs is the variable, and we would rather quote it honestly than promise a date we do not control.
Shipping costs
Flat rates by destination, calculated at checkout. In US dollars. Tees, stickers and prints ship from different facilities, so an order that mixes them is charged one rate per type.

US express delivery on tees is $9.99. Express requires a phone number at checkout — the carrier will not accept the parcel without one.

Customs and import duties
International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, and they are not included in what you pay at checkout. They are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict them or mark parcels as gifts.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived within a few days of ordering, check your junk folder — sometimes our message is being shy.
The Integration Workbook
Digital. Nothing ships, and no shipping is charged on it. The download link arrives by email immediately after checkout.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address can be reshipped, but the second shipping cost is yours. See the Refund and Returns Policy.
